Activist U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton today violated the United States Constitution which clearly directs the U.S. government to defend and control our international borders from invasions and illegal activity. Her ruling makes it illegal for police to ask a person for their papers or immigration status. Opponents claim the law will lead to racial profiling and not be in line with what federal laws say concerning immigration.
With this in mind, I believe that it is time that the people of, and the state of Arizona sue the federal government for dereliction of duty by failing to enforce federal and constitutional requirements to defend and control our borders. When and where will this political correctness garbage end?
I am weary of watching this country slip away into the grip of anti American groups such as the ACLU and other groups who fail to see the illegality of their politics and the long term damage and destruction of this country and our way of life. At this rate – the federal government and Barack Obama should simply call Mexico’s president and ask him to come live in the White House as in some ways this isn’t such an obnoxious truth…
By failing to follow federal law, and shutting down portions of Arizona’s own wonderful immigration law, the federal government is stating clearly that it has no respect for the Constitution, it’s own federal laws which it has purposefully ignored to the point that Arizona has taken over the government’s own job by passing said law, and will continue to break the law at-will as it pleases. This administration is guilty of Treason.
